Refund & Return Policy

Thank you for shopping with Aiko Cases. We want you to be happy with your purchase. Please read our Refund & Return Policy carefully before placing an order.

Order Processing

All Aiko Cases products are made to order. Each item is custom-produced specifically for your device after an order is placed. Because of this, we do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as:

  • Ordering the wrong phone model

  • Ordering the wrong product variant

  • Change of mind

  • No longer wanting the item

  • Incorrect shipping information provided by the customer

Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 14 days of delivery.

To process your claim, please provide:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Clear photos showing the problem

Once reviewed and approved, we will offer one of the following solutions at no additional cost:

  • A replacement product

  • A full refund

  • Store credit (where applicable)

Lost Packages

If your package appears to be lost in transit, please contact us as soon as possible.

A package may be considered lost if:

  • Tracking has not updated for an extended period, and

  • The estimated delivery window has passed

We will investigate the issue with the shipping carrier and, if appropriate, arrange a replacement or refund.

Returns

Due to the custom-made nature of our products, we generally do not accept returns.

However, if your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, we may request that you return the item before a replacement or refund is issued.

Return instructions will be provided by our support team when necessary.

Refunds

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during checkout.

Please allow:

  • 5–10 business days for the refund to be processed by your bank or payment provider after approval.

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the refund is due to our error or a defective product.

Cancellations

Orders may only be cancelled if production has not yet started.

Because our products are made to order, production often begins shortly after purchase. Once production has started, the order can no longer be cancelled.

If you need to cancel an order, please contact us immediately after placing it.

Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges for:

  • Incorrect device selection

  • Incorrect color or style selection

  • Change of mind

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, we will gladly replace it.

European Union Customers

If you are located in the European Union, consumer rights may apply under local laws.

However, under Article 16(c) of the EU Consumer Rights Directive, the right of withdrawal may not apply to goods made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalized. Since Aiko Cases products are produced on demand for specific device models, certain orders may be exempt from the standard 14-day withdrawal period.
